From welcoming new runners and supporting participants to gathering feedback and facilitating our discussions and reflections, you will help create a positive experience for everyone involved.
Welcome & Support
Greet members and newcomers, answer questions, and provide information on Sepas events and programs.
Community Well-Being
Sit with us to discuss and reflect on the growth and well-being of our community, exploring possibilities and ways in which we can create impact.
Facilitating Discussions
Join us in planning and facilitating our discussions and reflections — be it around our Circle of Sepas or the breakfast table.
Inspiring Connections
Foster connections and inspire engagement by smiling, saying hi, and helping create a sense of belonging within our community.

As a member of our Events Crew, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth flow and success of each Sepas event.
From planning logistics and operations to guiding participants along their routes, your role helps bring our events to life seamlessly.
Event Planning & Preparation
Collaborate on planning Sepas events, contributing to route selection, communications, and participant logistics.
On-the-Ground Guidance
Provide directions, answer questions, and assist and guide participants throughout the event for a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience.
Participant Support
Oversee waiver completion and check-in, confirming all runners are registered and informed.
Risk Management
Assist in assessing potential risks and responding to any on-site challenges to ensure the safety of yourself and our participants.

As a member of our Media Crew, you will capture the essence of Sepas, creating and sharing visuals that reflect our energy, community, and mission.
Our media crew gets together to plan content, capture what goes on during our events as well as behind-the-scenes, and help develop short-term strategies to shape our online presence.
Event Coverage
Photograph and film key moments at events, capturing highlights that showcase the Sepas experience.
Social Media Engagement
Create, post, and share content on our social media platforms, to engage our online community and maintain a consistent presence.
Brand Consistency
Ensure that all content aligns with Sepas's branding, tone, and visual standards, creating a cohesive look and feel.
Storytelling
Document the stories, milestones, and unique moments that define Sepas, helping to visually promote our mission and values.
