I grant Sepas Collective the unrestricted, perpetual right to capture, use, and distribute my image, voice, and likeness, in photos, videos, and other media taken during events, both prior to and after signing this waiver. This media may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, the website, social media, and marketing materials.

I understand that Sepas Collective holds full intellectual property rights over any media captured, and I waive any right to royalties or compensation arising from the use of such media.

If I prefer not to be included in future media, I understand that I must inform Sepas Collective in writing prior to the event.

Assumption of Risks

I acknowledge that participating in any Sepas Collective event involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or death. I agree to participate at my own risk and take full responsibility for my well-being during all Sepas Collective events.

I waive all legal rights of action against, and fully release, Sepas Collective from any liability for loss, damage, injury, or death arising from my participation, including any negligent or wrongful acts by Sepas Collective, its officers, employees, or agents.

I understand it is my responsibility to ensure that I am physically fit and medically able to participate. By taking part in any Sepas Collective activity, I do so voluntarily and with full awareness of the associated risks.

Code of Conduct

I agree to uphold the values of Sepas Collective by treating all participants, organisers, and the public, with respect and courtesy. I will not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behaviour.

I agree to follow all event instructions and safety guidelines provided by Sepas Collective and its organisers. I acknowledge that failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in my removal from the event, and Sepas Collective reserves the right to exclude individuals from future activities where a breach of conduct has occurred.

Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that by signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in Sepas Collective events. I fully release Sepas Collective, its organisers, volunteers, and partners, from any claims, including injury, illness, or damage, arising out of my participation.

This waiver applies to all Sepas Collective activities, including but not limited to running sessions, fitness workshops, and other events. I agree that this waiver is binding for future events unless revoked in writing.

Consent to Medical Treatment

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise Sepas Collective and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of injury or illness during participation in Sepas Collective events.

Age and Legal Capacity

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If I am under 18, I understand that a parent or legal guardian must sign on my behalf.

Form Completion

I understand that my participation in Sepas Collective activities is contingent upon the completion and signing of this Agreement. Failure to complete and sign this Agreement constitutes a waiver of my right to participate in any Sepas Collective activities.

I acknowledge that I have been given ample time and opportunity to review and complete this Agreement, and my failure to do so signifies my voluntary decision not to participate in any events or activities hosted by Sepas Collective.
